Ingredients and method:
Beat 4 eggs with 30 g sugar granules,
add 8 g vanilla and continue mixing,
add a cup of oil and mix well.
In a bowl, add 180 g flour and a spoon of cinnamon and the same spoon of ginger then 15 g of baking powder and a little salt, mix all and add the mixture to the first finally add 250 g of grated carrots and 100 ml g crushed walnuts.
Pour the mixture into a mold, placing it in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
The cake can be served in this way and can be decorated with cream.
To prepare a cream:
2 tablespoons butter, with 10 tablespoons cream cheese and beat well, add vanilla with 6 tablespoons caster sugar.
Beat a cup of fresh cream and add to the mixture.
Garnish with cream and serve.
