Ingredients:
6 eggs, 220 g of sugar granules,
170 g of flour,
7 g of baking powder,
8 g of vanilla and 3 small apples.
Method:
Beat the eggs lightly, then add the granulated sugar and vanilla and mix for about 8 minutes, until the mixture becomes white and a little heavy, then add the flour on 3 steps, while continuing mixing from above at the bottom using a spatula, then add the apple pieces and leave a few to add to the top of the cake.
Put the mixture into a greased baking pan with butter and flour, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes, until the cake turns golden.
Turn off the oven and leave it open with the cake still remaining in it for 5 minutes.
Decorate the cake with sugar powder and it is ready to serve.
