Ingredients and method:
Beat 6 white eggs with 100 g sugar granules and a little salt until light meringue.
In another bowl, mix 6 egg yolks with 200 g sugar granules, 120 g oil, 180 g lemon juice, lemon zest, 7 g baking powder and 250 g flour and mix.
In a round mold and without greasing put the mixture inside and enter the oven at 150 degrees for 60 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and let cool well, pass the knife on the sides and remove the cake easily.
