Ingredients:
Chocolate cake :
200 g of dark chocolate or milk
4 eggs
100 g of sugar
125 g of butter
50 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
Coconut balls:
125 g grated coconut
125 g of mascarpone
50 g of sugar
1 egg
Method:
We start to prepare the coconut balls:
Using an electric mixer, mix all the ingredients together to obtain a smooth paste. Put the dough in a bowl and put in the freezer.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
The chocolate mellow:
In a saucepan or microwave, melt chocolate and chopped butter.
In the electric mixer, beat the sugar and eggs until the mixture whitens.
Add the flour, salt and melted butter chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Line a 22cm mold with parchment paper.
Remove the coconut paste from the freezer and form balls the size of a large walnut.
Drop the coconut balls harmoniously on the mold and pour the dough.
